Wookie Bandit

One day, as I readied myself to create a painting for a friend, my wife turned to me and uttered, "Tom, you've painted everything anyone's ever asked of you, but you've never painted something just for me." Her words struck a chord, a pang of sorrow welling up within me as I grappled with their weight. Occasionally, inspiration arises not from what's visible or palpable, but from those tender, unspoken moments. I'm deeply grateful to my wife for shining a light on this overlooked facet of my art
